Privacy details.

Quote requests

The quote form collects your name, email, optional phone number, town or ZIP code, service selection, and project description. Northroot uses these details to respond to your request. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal information.

Email delivery

Your form details are sent to FormSubmit, an email relay, which forwards them to Northroot’s support inbox. This website does not store quote requests in Firebase. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Messages received by Northroot are also held in its email account. FormSubmit privacy information.

Browser storage and external services

The website manager uses Firebase for signed-in content editing when enabled. Preview edits remain in browser session storage. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. A connected client portal opens an external service with its own privacy terms. No analytics or advertising tools are included in this website.
